However, if plans change or issues arise, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds. 1. Race Booking Refunds Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule offered. Within 24 hours: Refunds may be partial or withheld, especially during peak hours. No-shows: Non-refundable. 2. Weather-Related Cancellations If outdoor karting is canceled due to poor weather: You’ll be offered rescheduling, a full refund, or credit. We may move you to an indoor facility where available. 3. Product & Voucher Refunds Gift vouchers are refundable within 14 days if unused. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused condition.
